My shopping cart is not loading?
If the shopping cart does not load, proceed as follows:
- Delete the cookies in your browser, then close it and open it again.
- Common problems are found in Firefox and Google Chrome, try opening in Microsoft Edge.

What is DLC?
Downloadable content, or downloadable content, is a form of digital media distributed over the Internet. In this case, the DLC (…/dlc/) is a page that specifies downloadable files that are accessory models. You must be logged in for this page.

How to buy the product?
The product can be purchased on the STORE page, where you choose from the available products and add them to the cart. To download you complete the trade. And you will be able to download the purchased products in your account (…/my-account/downloads/). For each item, if it is a time-limited product, the information is available for download.

What to do if I’m missing file dependencies?
If you are missing some file dependency and you do not know its KUID, proceed here:
- Open Content Manager
- Right-click the item
- And select List Dependencies
Here you will see a list of all the files that the model requires.
- Look for the KUID on the page Support & Links > Kuid page (…/kuid-page/)
- You can find the download dependencies on the DLC page (…/dlc/) requires login
- If you can’t find the dependencies, contact me in support Support & Links >Support Portal (…/support-portal/)

Where can I find KUIDs information?
If you need to find the KUID if it is in the database or if dependencies are required for a given model, go to this page: …/kuid-page/

It is possible to delete the account?
You can, of course, delete your account and delete all data at any time. To delete your account, go to your account page here: (…/account/delete_account).
This choice is irreversible and after its confirmation, it is no longer possible to get the files and information back and a new registration is required! -
Where to buy a subscription?
Subscriptions can be purchased or checked already owned on the account page: (…/account/subscription).

How to change login details?
You can find login information such as password in the settings of your account.
Settings is on members >settings
Changing your username is possible (but not recommended)
All data can be changed in Profile > Edit

How does registration work?
For the registration form, go to the login page or directly to this link: (…/register/) Fill in the required information and complete the registration.
Registration must be verified by confirming your e-mail within 7 days at the latest, otherwise the entire registration will be cancelled.If you do not receive an email confirming registration, perform the following steps:
- Check the SPAM folder in your email page.
- Wait at least 2 days (depending on server load, but this is an emergency solution)
- Contact me via email here: davidpi@ymail.com or DISCORD ( I recommend on discord, I check it every day )
Never share your login information with anyone to avoid misuse. The payment gateway is protected and Registration does not require sensitive data.

How to create a support ticket?
The support contact is very simple, you can find it in the top menu Support & Links / Support Portal (…/support-portal/) and you must be logged in. You fill out the form, select which product or other type of problem you are dealing with and send it. In the menu of your tickets, you will see if your question has been answered, or if the ticket is closed or will be closed.
If the ticket is not closed from your side and you do not answer it. It will be automatically close in 30 days. -
Why is registration necessary?
Registration is required to purchase products on this site even if the purchase value will be zero. It is used for the possibility of using support, forum and more, where the moderator will see your download all product. It is also about securing the site from being hacked.
